Course Description: Advanced Fitness:

 

Open to all students who have completed Fitness 2 or Crossfit 2. Students are required to develop a fitness plan that supports their (3) goals for the trimester. Fitness plans may incorporate workouts completed during their sports season(s) or outside fitness routines (Tru-fitness Gym, CrossFit Gym, or another instructor approved activity). Each student will be required to complete a course project and present it to a panel of individuals before the end of the course.

 

Graduation Requirement: Satisfies .5 of the required 2.0 PE credit.

 

Prerequisites: Fitness 2 or Crossfit 2

Career or College-Ready Pathway: Social Science and Communication; Trade/Vocational/Technical; Arts; Math/Science
