Course Description: Crossfit 1

 

CrossFit workouts incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, 

girevoy sport, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises.

 

Prerequisites: none

 

Graduation Requirement: Satisfies .5 of the required 2.0 PE credit.

 

Career or College-Ready Pathway: Social Science and Communication; Trade/Vocational/Technical; Arts; Math/Science
