Course Description: Fitness 1

 

Open to all freshmen or students without any formal training in weight lifting or Crossfit. Students will follow weekly workout routines that are developed by the instructor. Proper lifting techniques, progress monitoring, and safety are the key components of the class. Students will have the option to plan their own fitness activity once a week.

 

Prerequisites: None

 

Graduation Requirement: Satisfies .5 of the required 2.0 PE credit.
