Course Description: Fitness 2:

 

Prerequisites: Fitness 1 or a Crossfit course.

 

Open to all students who have completed Fitness 1 or a Crossfit course. This course builds on the fitness routines developed in previous classes. Students are required to develop and monitor 3 goals for the course. They are also encouraged to develop their own plan that incorporates the instructor’s weekly routines. Students will have the option to plan their own fitness activity once a week.

 

Graduation Requirement: Satisfies .5 of the required 2.0 PE credit.
